Is there a minimum order?

We discuss minimum quantities and terms individually in our first conversation – depending on region, product range and logistics.

Do I need my own frozen logistics?

The frozen products require an unbroken cold chain – your own or through a logistics partner. With the Açaí Bowl in a Box, there is also a format that can be stored unrefrigerated until opened.

What documentation do I get for the EU?

We provide current certificates (including FSSC 22000, USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher BDK), specifications and labeling documents on request.

In which language do we work together?
